Gealan has launched its own online shop and is now selling window profiles directly to end customers for the first time. Previously, the plastic profile manufacturer distributed its systems exclusively through window builders and specialist contractors. This move could trigger conflicts with long-standing trading partners who now compete with their own supplier. Whether Gealan offers only standard profiles or also complete window systems in the shop remains unclear for now.
