Siegenia is placing greater emphasis on its ventilation systems in product development. The hardware manufacturer is thereby strengthening its offering in the controlled residential ventilation segment.
The offensive follows increased demands on building energy efficiency. New EU regulations and national building standards are making ventilation solutions increasingly relevant for window and facade professionals – not as optional accessories, but as necessary system components.
For window and door manufacturers, this means: Those who install Siegenia hardware can now also access standardized ventilation components from the same manufacturer. This reduces interfaces and simplifies system integration. However, this also increases coordination effort – specialist contractors must adapt their planning and installation accordingly.
What specific new products Siegenia is planning remains unclear for now. Whether it involves electronically controlled fans, passive systems, or hybrid solutions will become apparent in the coming months.
